To park a call on PARK1:
While on a call press “transfer – #10 – call”. The call is parked on PARK1 and you can hang up the phone
To unpark a call on PARK1:
Go to any phone and press “#11 – call”. The call is answered immediately
To park a call on PARK2:
While on a call press “transfer – #20 – call”. The call is parked on PARK1 and you can hang up the phone
To unpark a call on PARK2:
Go to any phone and press “#21 – call”. The call is answered immediately.
Go to any phone and press “#3 – call”. This will answer any phone ringing in the dealership.
To forward your phone to another number press “#40 – call” to activate call forwarding, To deactivate press “#41 – call”. You will hear a double beep to confirm the change.
In order for call forwarding to work properly you must assign a number to forward to. Press “#42#9(the number to forward to)# – call”. You will hear a double beep to confirm the change. At this point you should test the function of the call forwarding to ensure proper programming.
From any phone you can dial “*17-call” to enter the voicemail system. At this point you will be asked to enter your extension number and password. ALL VOICEMAIL PASSCODES ARE 1212. You can follow the prompts to record your name and check all messages. To administer personal greetings you may press 3 during the initial menu.
Note: When recording personal greetings make sure to follow the prompts to save and and make greeting ACTIVE FOR ALL CALLS.
Direct transfer to voicemail:
To transfer a call directly to a users mailbox, press “Transfer – # and the extension number”. Once you hang up the transfer will complete and the caller will go directly to the destinations voicemail box without ringing.
